Jack is saying BLACK COOOOOOWWWWW. He would say this for awhile for pictures. Everytime Nanny would take their picture she would say, "say black cow" and they loved it. Jack likes to hold the letters like he's singing. Even when he would take a picture he then would say, "say black cow".
